Our office hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Utility bills not paid by 5:00pm on the 10th day of the month will be assessed an additional late fee of $20. Past due accounts not paid by 5:00pm on the 20th day of the month will be subject to
disconnect and assessed an additional delinquency processing fee of $40.
